Checklists
Method checklists
The focus of these checklists is to cover procedures or requirements that are specifically mandated by code or method. They do not cover good lab practices and may not cover every single requirement. It remains the lab's responsibility to ensure that all proper procedures are followed. However, labs may find that the checklists are a good self-auditing tool to make sure there are not any major requirements being overlooked. Your auditor will review these requirements at an evaluation, but they will also go beyond these lists to provide required changes and procedural recommendations that should improve your lab results.

Benchsheets
These are benchsheets we have developed to assist your lab in compliance with NR 149 requirements. Benchsheets have been designed to address all critical method and code requirements for documentation and traceability.
Please note that benchsheets do change over time. Benchsheets are one of those things that can always be improved upon, so check this page frequently for updates. If the page has been updated in any way, the "Revised Date" at the bottom of the page will change.
