Service center locations

Service centers are open to the public for in-person customer service to purchase hunting, trapping and fishing licenses, park passes, trail passes, burn permits and to register recreational vehicles. These items are also available online in most situations. Field offices are facilities with DNR staff offices, open to the public by appointment only.  To make an appointment with a DNR employee located at a field office or service center, please contact the employee to schedule an appointment. Employee contact information is in the DNR staff directory.  

Service Counters at the following locations are open 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Central office - Madison

The Wisconsin DNR Central Office is located downtown, near the State Capitol, in Madison, Wisconsin.
