The proposed State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision certifies to EPA that Wisconsin’s existing New Source Review (NSR) program and rules, found in NR 408, Wis. Adm. Code, meet the NSR SIP requirements for the 2015 ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS).
