Tyco Fire Products, LP has applied to the Department of Natural Resources for a Wetland Individual Permit and a Miscellaneous Structure Individual Permit. The project is located in the NWSW of Section 7, Township 30N, Range 24E, in the City of Marinette, Marinette County.

A public hearing is scheduled to discuss the portion of the project relating to proposed outfall structure installation and wetland impacts only.

The Snowmobile Recreation Council carries out studies and makes recommendations to the Legislature, Governor, Department of Natural Resources and Department of Transportation on all matters related to the snowmobiling program at DNR or otherwise affecting snowmobiles and snowmobiling in Wisconsin, and makes recommendations to the department of natural resources with regard to funding grant applications. 

The Infrastructure Committee of members of the Snowmobile Recreation Council will meet to review grant applications and discuss other business. The public will be invited to join the meeting via Zoom. The Zoom meeting link, agenda, and other meeting materials are available on the Snowmobile Recreation Council web page.

Code, to update, correct and clarify existing code requirements and add requirements for new technologies related to community drinking water system sources, source water quality, storage, treatment, and distribution.
