The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) will host the PFAS Technical Group from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on Friday, June 17, 2022.
The PFAS Technical Group will include guests from Clean Production Action to present the GreenScreen Certified™️ Firefighting Foam standard and from NSF to discuss how their standards and certifications relate to PFAS.
The PFAS Technical Group is a working group designed as a forum to present and discuss information related to perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in Wisconsin, with an emphasis on presentations from entities outside of DNR. This group does not have an appointed membership; any interested party may attend.
The public is invited to participate and may ask questions or provide comments at this meeting. Questions may also be submitted in advance to DNRPFASInquiries@wisconsin.gov. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to ss. 285.13(1), 285.61(7) and 285.62(5), Wis. Stats., the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) will hold a public hearing to receive public comments on the air pollution control permit application 609039420-P30 for the renewal of the operation permit.

The Off-Road Vehicle Council provides advice and makes recommendations to the Department Of Natural Resources, the Department Of Transportation, the governor, and the legislature on all matters relating to all-terrain vehicle trails and all-terrain vehicle routes, including matters relating to activities conducted on all-terrain vehicle trails and all-terrain vehicle routes by all-terrain vehicle users and utility terrain vehicle users, and makes recommendations to the Department Of Natural Resources with regard to requests for funding.
The main focus of this meeting is to review grant applications and discuss other business.

This is a preliminary public hearing on Statement of Scope SS 025-22 (Board Order DG-02-22), which creates ch. NR 854, Wis. Adm. Code, related to statewide water supply service area planning for municipalities serving populations greater than 10,000 people.
This hearing will also include the preliminary public hearing on Statement of Scope SS 026-22 (Board Order DG-03-22), which creates ch. NR 851, Wis. Adm. Code, for the management of diversions (transfers of water from the Great Lakes basin to outside of the Great Lakes basin) and intrabasin transfers including the application and review process and other related criteria.
