The DNR is planning to reissue three general permits for activities impacting wetlands, including wetland conservation activities, agricultural water quality improvement activities and recreational facility development. The public is invited to attend this public hearing to share comments on the proposed permit reissuances. The public comment period will be open until Nov. 22, 2023. The Off-Highway Motorcycle Council provides advice and makes recommendations to the department of natural resources, the department of transportation, the governor, and the legislature on all matters relating to off-highway motorcycle trails, including matters relating to activities conducted on off-highway motorcycle trails and by off-highway motorcycle users, and makes recommendations to the department of natural resources with regard to requests for funding.
The Off-Highway Motorcycle Council will meet to make funding recommendations to the department and conduct other OHM-related discussions and business.
