Governor’s Off-Road Vehicle Advisory Council Meeting

The Off-Road Vehicle Council provides advice and makes recommendations to the Department of Natural Resources (DNR), the Department of Transportation, the Governor and the legislature on all matters relating to all-terrain vehicle trails and all-terrain vehicle routes, including matters relating to activities conducted on all-terrain vehicle trails and all-terrain vehicle routes by all-terrain vehicle users and utility terrain vehicle users, and makes recommendations to the DNR with regard to requests for funding.
The Off-Road Vehicle Council will meet to make funding recommendations to the department. In particular, the Council will review updated information on projects discussed at the previous meeting. The public will be invited to join the meeting via Zoom or in person. The Zoom meeting link, agenda, and other meeting materials are available on the ORV Council webpage.

This is a public information hearing regarding the proposed reissuance of the Wisconsin Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (WPDES) permit for Glen Flora.
The village of Glen Flora is located at the intersection of Prentice and Third Street, Glen Flora, Wisconsin with a discharge to an effluent ditch to Deer Tail Creek within the Deer Tail Creek Watershed in the Upper Chippewa River Basin in Rusk County. Village of Glen Flora wastewater treatment facility serves a population of approximately 94 people with no industrial contributors. The proposed permit reissuance includes a Phosphorus variance.
