Join us at the Aldo Leopold Foundation with Hunter Education Instructor Tim Kill to learn how to process your own deer. The deer as well as knives, cutting boards, tables, and packaging equipment will be supplied.
Instructors will assist participants to break down a deer step-by-step and share tips on hanging a deer at home, removing lymph nodes for CWD testing, and storing your venison by canning or freezing.
