With the assistance of a brownfields grant from the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR), the City of Neenah is taking the next steps towards redeveloping a former auto salvage yard on the south side of the city.
The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) will host a public meeting to discuss a proposed change to the length limit for muskellunge in Butternut Lake in Price and Ashland counties on Dec. 3. The fishing regulation change proposal removes the 28-inch minimum and replaces it with a 40-inch minimum length limit, which affects most waters statewide. The DNR published the notice earlier this month.
The Wisconsin Natural Resources Board will meet virtually for the December board meeting to consider several proposed emergency rules and donations.
