NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to ss. 285.13(1) and 285.62(5), Wis. Stats. and 285.61(7), Wis. Stats, the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) will hold a public hearing to receive public comments on the air pollution control permit application for the modification of Orange Line (P01/S01) and Silver Line (P02/S02) at the Kaphaem Road Facility to increase currently allowable volatile organic compound (VOC) emission limitations, increase allowable hours of operation and modify particulate matter limitations and the revision of Air Pollution Control Operation Permit 735000970-F31 for:
