NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to s. 285.13(1), Wis. Stats., the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) will hold a public hearing to receive public comments on the air pollution control permit application for the construction of seven natural gas-fired engines and several natural gas-fired building heating units and modification of best available control technology requirements for four existing combustion turbines and a dew point heater for WPL - Riverside Energy Center.
