Community Response Toolkit
Wisconsin's Community Response to PFAS in Drinking Water is a toolkit intended to provide local governments and residents with information about possible steps to take when responding to PFAS contamination in their community. It includes information about what happens when PFAS is found in drinking water – both from public water systems and private wells. It also offers steps local government and residents may take to address the contamination.

Information about funding to assist communities with infrastructure improvements to reduce PFAS in drinking water is available at Bipartisan Infrastructure Law Funding.
Resources about health impacts
The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) provides information about protecting human health from PFAS. Topics discussed include reducing PFAS exposure during common activities such as gardening, swimming and working around the home.
