All of Wisconsin is at very high fire danger as we head into the Easter holiday weekend. With low humidity and high winds in the forecast, the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR), the National Weather Service and other partners are paying particularly close attention to areas most at risk.

The I-43 Silver Spring Drive to WIS 60 project may result in the incidental taking of a rare plant under an authorization the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) proposes to issue for the project. Incidental take refers to the unintentional loss of individual endangered or threatened animals or plants that does not put the overall population of the species at risk.

This statewide network of natural resources professionals will help local communities prevent the spread of aquatic invasive species (AIS) and protect their local waters' health.
