Wisconsin PFAS Action Council (WisPAC) Meeting

The Wisconsin PFAS Action Council (WisPAC) will convene on March 25 from 1 to 4 p.m. Items on the agenda for this meeting include a recap on WisPAC and the PFAS Action Plan launch, the Governor’s executive budget for PFAS, PFAS bills in the legislature, state agency updates and a discussion on the implementation of the action plan.
The PFAS Action Plan was requested by Governor Evers in Executive Order #40, wherein Evers directed state agencies to address PFAS contamination in Wisconsin. The plan is available to view online here.
The public may provide verbal comments and ask questions at the meeting on March 25. Written comments also may be submitted by emailing DNRPFASInquiries@wisconsin.gov. Questions in advance of the meeting may also be submitted to DNRPFASInquiries@wisconsin.gov. If you would like to provide input, please join the meeting by 3:15 p.m. in case the meeting progresses more quickly than anticipated.
