Willow River's campground, on the southern shore of Little Falls Lake, is very popular and has one of the highest occupancy rates in the Wisconsin State Park System.

The park staff maintains and inspects each designated campground area. We inspect camp spur, tent pads, fire rings, picnic tables and toilet buildings. Areas between and behind campsites are considered undesignated and aren’t maintained or inspected. The terrain surrounding the park’s campgrounds is rugged and you may encounter steep bluffs. For your safety and enjoyment, campers are encouraged to limit activities to the designated campground areas.

Standard campgrounds

The 300 campground has 70 tent, trailer or motor home sites, flush toilets and showers. The 100 campground has another 50 sites. This new campground has few mature trees and no sites with full shade. The 100 campground can accommodate tents to the largest recreational vehicles.

The campground host site is on the right side of the 300 campground entrance road. The hosts provide information to campers.

Firewood

Firewood is available at the park office during open hours. Campground hosts sell firewood from 7 to 8 p.m. in the 300 campground when in season. Fires are allowed in authorized grills and fire rings only. Do not leave fires unattended and extinguish all fires before leaving the campsite.
