    DNR Awards Grants To Rural Communities For Recycling Electronics

    The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) has awarded more than $85,000 in E-Cycle Wisconsin Electronics Collection Grants for 15 projects in 13 counties that will host an electronics collection site or event in 2022 or the first half of 2023. The grants will help fund three permanent electronics collection sites and up to 16 one-day collection events.

    The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) today announced the Aquatic Plant Management (APM) Program has completed its final edits to the proposed administrative rule chapter NR 107, Wis. Adm. Code, relating to the chemical, mechanical and manual management of aquatic plants. A public hearing was held Feb. 22, and a public comment period concluded on March 1.
