The city of Sheboygan Falls, the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR), the Department of Health Services (DHS), and Sheboygan County Health recently announced polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), a human made group of chemicals, was detected in soil at Rochester Park in Sheboygan Falls.
