Want to know more about the Kettle Moraine and what DNR staff do? Join Ranger Joe for a short hike on one of our many looped trails. There, they will explain what they do with the DNR, for the State Forest and much more.

Please plan on meeting near the Mauthe Lake Beach Building and wear appropriate hiking shoes and clothes. The program will be canceled if extreme weather or conditions arise.

Consider bringing insect repellent, a water bottle, a hat and sunscreen.

A valid state park admission sticker or daily pass is required, which can be purchased online, at self-registration or at one of the contact stations or offices.
