Cut Back the Sumac!

Description

Celebrate Invasive Species Awareness Day at Wisconsin's state parks. Our beautiful prairie wildflowers are at risk of being shaded out by sumac shrubs. At this work day, we’ll be cutting back the sumac growing along our Prairie Trail and would love for you to join in. No experience is necessary. Tools will be provided. None of the sumac we will handle is poisonous. Help us keep our prairie sunny for the wildflowers and the pollinators that depend upon them.
