Family Friendly Forest Bathing Walk

Description

Enjoy the wonder of nature during this family friendly forest bathing walk. We will use our senses to explore and connect with the nature at Havenwoods. Walk will be led by Anne David, certified nature and forest therapy guide.

All ages are welcome. Adults can help guide younger children. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early to complete waivers and restroom needs prior to the program.

Walk occurs rain or shine, canceled only when hazardous weather may occur.
