Monarch Tagging

Description

Come net and tag monarch butterflies with Park Naturalist Phyllis McKenzie as part of a national citizen science effort to track the movements of these beautiful butterflies on their migration path. Bring sunscreen, and a bottle of water. All ages welcome.

Meet at Friends Pond, parking lot P9. To drive to Friends Pond, follow County Rd. V to County Rd. KK (Moenning Rd.): head south to Old Park Rd., then east to the Friends Pond parking lot.
