Help us learn more about Peninsula State Park's bats by participating in this community science opportunity!

This statewide survey is an important tool to help monitor the number of bats that have been affected by White Nose Syndrome, a white powdery fungus on the muzzle and wings of bats that impedes hibernation resulting in large die-offs.

No experience is necessary, just a willingness to help.

Meet at Welcker's Point Picnic Shelter. Program to be held rain or shine, please prepare to be outdoors! In the case of severe inclement weather (i.e. lightning), the program may be cancelled.
