Traversing Time: Doughboys Nature Trail

Description

Park Naturalist Diane Daulton shares geology, history and natural history highlights, including flora and fauna, along the Doughboys Nature Trail. A family-friendly hike follows an inquisitive theme.

Expect some steep terrain. Dress for the weather, and bugs, and get ready for some fun.

No pets, please.

Later that afternoon, from 1-4 p.m., stop by the naturalist cabin (adjacent to the main parking area) to explore the nature center, visit with the park naturalist and participate in the activity of the day. Fun for all ages!
