Description

We’ll show you how to make fantastic camp pizza in various ways, ranging from the super-simple pita panzerotti to a raised-dough cast-iron pizza-oven gourmet extravaganza. This class will also provide a tactical briefing on the notorious pizza-thieving Point Beach raccoons and how to thwart their thieving ways. This class meets the ServSafeTM recommendations for food preparation.
