Poetry Workshop - Adults

Description

Learn to write poems (including haiku) about nature!

Equipment suggested: Dress for the weather as we’re likely to be outside. You might like to bring a hat and insect repellent (picaridin works with biting flies, DEET works with mosquitoes and essential oil “natural” repellents are effective for both but need to be re-applied often). We’ll provide paper, loaner clipboards and pencils to use.

1.5 hours, meet at the Nature Center

Class limit: 12-15 persons

Suitable for: ages 12 and older

Cost: free-will donations are welcome to cover the cost of take-along supplies
