Discover Loon Lake: Invasive Yellow Iris

Description

Join Ashland County’s Land & Water Conservation team to identify invasive plants and help contain the spread; volunteers needed.

Meet at Loon Lake Beach.

Sign up at the park office to rent a boat for $10/participant for kayak or paddleboard rental or BYO non-motorized craft. RAIN DATE: Friday, July 15th.

Later that day: Stop by the Naturalist cabin (adjacent to the main parking lot) to explore the nature center, visit with the park naturalist and participate in the activity of the day. Fun for all ages!
