Brule River State Forest Candlelight Ski and Hike

Description

Join us for an evening of skiing and hiking some of Northern Wisconsin’s best cross-country trails lit by candlelight. We will be providing a 1km short loop and a longer 5km route. 

Hikers/snowshoers are welcome to walk the candlelit routes for this event, but can also choose to walk part or all of our non-lit snowshoe multiuse trail. Warming fires, coffee, cocoa, and apple cider will be offered inside our Ski Chalet to keep you warm during your visit.

We will also have a grill available for use to cook any meat treats you may want to bring along. Our Ski Chalet will be open to the public for this event and dress for the conditions as the forecast calls for single-digit temperatures.
