Description

In honor of Girl Scouts Love State Parks Weekend, Kettle Moraine State Forest - Northern Unit will host various events. Events are open to the general public, with Girl Scouts encouraged to attend! Calling all weed warriors to battle against invasive shrubs around the Ice Age Visitor Center.

Learn why non-invasive plants post a grave threat to our native
plant communities and then head out to commence hand-to-hand combat with the invaders. Dress appropriately for the weather. Bring gardening gloves. Drink, snacks and tools provided. This event is for those 12 and older.
