Learn About Loons and self-guided paddle

Description

Join our park naturalist for a family-friendly look at loon ecology, communication and their status at the park and in Wisconsin.

After the presentation take a self-guided tour of Loon Lake with a paddleboard or kayak ($10 donation for Friends of Copper Falls State Park for boat option) or bring your own non-motorized craft.

No pets please; boats have limited availability and paddlers must wear life jackets.

Meet at the main picnic grounds pavilion 1.5 miles north of the park welcome station. The park is located at 36764 Copper Falls Road, Mellen, WI.
