Ready, Set, Explore

Description

Take a family-friendly hike and explore the natural world.

Spend the morning exploring nature. On our hike we’ll discover what’s happening in the natural world, take pictures, play games, create sound maps, and add our discoveries to the nature scrapbook. This program’s activities are designed with families in mind, but open to kids of all ages. Group sizes vary and may be limited to promote social distancing. Participants are encouraged to practice social distancing, frequent hand washing and to wear a face covering if social distancing cannot be maintained. All programs will be outdoors. If you are feeling ill or experiencing symptoms of Covid-19, we ask that you refrain from participating in this program.

This will take place at Devil’s Lake State Park, outside the Nature Center.
