Learn to Cook Venison

Description

Join Pheasants Forever for a fun, hands-on course on how to cook venison. This course will teach the skills necessary to successfully cook venison, with both techniques and specific recipes.

Please bring an apron or clothing that can get dirty. All equipment will be provided, and the cost to attend is free!

Register on Go Wild. Click the "Safety Education" tab at the top right or the yellow "Browse for Classes" button underneath the login fields. Select "Learn to Hunt" as the Course Type and "Milwaukee" as the county.
