The DNR's Migratory Game Bird Committee will discuss updates to the Waterfowl Stamp application for Canada habitat projects, how the committee should score the application form and how funds can be awarded to multiple applicants. According to s. 29.191(b)2., 33% of the stamp program revenues are allocated to waterfowl propagation areas in Canada.
