This is a preliminary public hearing on Statement of Scope SS 092-24 (Board Order DG-01-24), which affects ch. NR 809, Wis. Adm. Code, and is related to drinking water standards for PFAS.

This hearing will also include the preliminary public hearing on Statement of Scope SS 093-24 (Board Order DG-02-24) which affects ch. NR 809, Wis. Adm. Code and is related to clarifying and correcting existing language and add federal Consumer Confidence Report requirements.

Preregistration is strongly encouraged if you plan to provide spoken comments during the hearing. You may also submit written comments on the scope statement to DNRAdministrativeRulesComments@wisconsin.gov by 11:59 p.m. on Oct. 3, 2024.
