The proposed State Implementation Plan (SIP) requests that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency redesignate the partial Oneida County nonattainment area to attainment for the 2010 1-hour sulfur dioxide (SO2) National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS).
