Environmental Management Division

The purpose of the DNR's Environmental Management (EM) Division is to protect Wisconsin's air, land, water and public health through compliance support and partnerships with our customers.

The EM Division is dedicated to consistent quality customer service to all the entities and individuals we work with. In that spirit, we have developed a Customer Service Framework to guide our staff.
