Wolf River - Colic Slough Fishery Area
DNR Fisheries Areas
The Wolf River flows through an area of bottomland hardwood forests and open marshes. This area is now a part of the larger Lower Wolf River Bottomlands Natural Resources Area.
Location/Directions
Wolf River - Colic Slough Fishery Area exists in scattered parcels along the Wolf River in Waupaca County. Access is generally limited to boat access off the river. T 21, R 13E, section 12, and T 21, R 14E, sections 6 and 7.

Objective
Wolf River - Colic Slough Fishery Area is managed to provide critical spawning habitat for walleyes and other fish species.
