North Branch Trempealeau River Fishery Area is a class 1 and 2 trout stream that is considered "Areas of Special Natural Resource Interest" (ASNRI) and is designated an Exceptional Resource Waters (ERW). The property also includes lowland scrub wetland, forested wetland and cultural sites.

Location/Directions

North Branch Trempealeau River Fishery Area is located in Jackson County, Hixton and Garden Valley Townships; T 22N, R 5W, sections 4, 9, 16; T 23N, R 5W, sections 20, 28, 29, and 33.
