U.S. EPA Voluntary Audit Programs
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency offers two voluntary compliance audit programs that complement Wisconsin's Enviro-Check program. If you discover any federal regulation violations during your Enviro-Check audit, you can self-report them to the EPA and correct them with limited liability. Keep in mind that Enviro-Check covers any federally delegated regulations contained in Wisconsin statute or administrative codes.
