Upon U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) concurrence with this demonstration, the EPA will exclude data from this event when making regulatory decisions related to the Milwaukee 16th St. and Waukesha Cleveland Ave. monitors. The DNR will hold a public comment period on the exceptional events demonstration from Oct. 1 – Oct. 31, 2024. |

Publishing procedures
2011 Wisconsin Act 167 [exit DNR] went into effect on Aug. 1, 2012. This act requires the DNR to post hearing and permit notices on the department's website, in addition to newspapers.
