E-Pay invoice payment options
The Wisconsin DNR issues invoices and collects money for many different environmental and conservation programs. If your invoice specifically states that E-Pay is available, then you may use the buttons above to pay.
Pay invoice by E-Check
Paying by E-Check is safe, quick and easy. Your information is entered on a secure website and your payment will be debited from your account the next business day. To pay please have the following ready:
- A copy of your invoice because you will need to provide your invoice number.
- Your checkbook because you will need to type in the numbers from the bottom of your check.
Pay invoice by credit card
The Wisconsin DNR can now accept payments by credit card. However, a surcharge will be added to your invoice when using this method. This surcharge is added to cover the processing fees which credit card companies charge us.
Paying by credit card is safe, quick and easy. Your information is entered on a secure website and your payment will be debited from your account the next business day. To pay please have the following ready:
- A copy of your invoice because you will need to provide your invoice number.
- Your credit card because you will need to type in the numbers.
Pay invoice by Automated Clearing House (ACH)
Larger companies may wish to pay invoices using ACH, also known as electronic funds transfer (EFT). That is where the payer's finance department transfers money to the biller's bank account. When paying by ACH you are required to:
- Type the word DNR and the invoice number in the payment description field in order to credit the payment to your account.
- Email or fax notification of the payment to DNR.
