SDWLP eligibility index

Program implementation details are outlined in the governing administrative codes and statutes: §§ 281.59 and 281.61, Wis. Stat., and ch. NR 166, Wis. Adm. Code.

The Wisconsin Safe Drinking Water Loan Program (SDWLP) eligibility index is intended as a preliminary review for both the municipality and the consultant prior to submitting an application or a request for disbursement to the DNR. The SDLWP Eligibility Index addresses the eligibility of many items not explicitly covered within the statutes or codes.

However, statutes and codes should be reviewed in conjunction with this index when looking at eligibility questions:
