NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Natural Resources Board meeting will convene at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 12, 2017, in Room G09, State Natural Resources Building (GEF 2), 101 South Webster Street, Madison, Wisconsin. The Board will act on items 1 and 2 as listed on the Agenda.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that on Tuesday, December 12, 2017, the Wisconsin Natural Resources Board will have a holiday social gathering at 6:00 p.m. at Paison's Restaurant, 131 W. Wilson Street, Madison, Wisconsin. No governmental business will be discussed or conducted.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that on Wednesday, December 13, 2017, the Wisconsin Natural Resources Board will have a group photo taken at approximately 8:15 a.m. at the State Natural Resources Building (GEF 2), 101 S. Webster Street, Madison, WI. The room or exterior location of the photo will be posted on the door to room G09 by 8:00 a.m.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Wisconsin Natural Resources Board meeting will convene at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, December 13, 2017, in public meeting room G09, State Natural Resources Building (GEF 2), 101 S. Webster Street, Madison, WI. The Board will act on items 1-2 and 5-6 as listed on the Agenda.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that matters concerning natural resource issues or the Department's program responsibilities or operations specified in the Wisconsin Statutes, which arise after publication of this agenda may be added to the agenda and publicly noticed no less than two hours before the scheduled board meeting, if the Board Chair determines that the matter is urgent.

- Natural Resources Foundation of Wisconsin with funding from the Caerus Foundation, Inc. will donate $65,000 for the restoration of 16 State Natural Areas in the Driftless Region to be used to support the funding of Limited Term Employees and associated supplies and services in these locations
- Natural Resources Foundation of Wisconsin-Lower Wisconsin State Riverway Fund will donate $35,041.12 to be used to support wildlife habitat restoration and management activities along the Lower Wisconsin State Riverway
- Safari Club International (SCI) will donate two (2) UTVs and trailers valued at $19,000.00 to be used to support the Governor's Chronic Wasting Disease (CWD) Initiative by providing much needed field equipment to be used on the Southwest Wisconsin CWD, Deer and Predator Study
