NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, August 8, 2017, the Wisconsin Natural Resources Board will tour and/or receive presentations at the following locations (NOTE: The public must preregister with Board Liaison to attend scheduled tours. Registration information is located on the last page of the agenda. Exact tour schedule is subject to change. No Board action will be taken.). 1) At approximately 10:45 a.m., the Board will arrive at the Road Air Monitoring Station, near College Avenue and I-94/and the northwest corner of the Park and Ride, 1550 W. College Avenue, Milwaukee, WI, for a presentation on air quality measurements data, overall trends, and pollutants measured. 2) At approximately noon, the Board will arrive at City Hall at Drexel Town Square, 8040 S. 6th Street, Oak Creek, WI, for lunch and presentations on brownfield basics and an overview of City Hall development. 3) At approximately 12:45 p.m., the Board will take a walking tour of Drexel Town Square, 8040 S. 6th Street, Oak Creek, WI. 4) At approximately 1:30 p.m., the Board will arrive at Lake Vista Park, 9180 S. 5th Street, Oak Creek, WI (former DuPont Site), for a presentation on the industrial park history of Lake Vista Park. 5) At approximately 2:15 p.m., the Board will arrive at Bay View Grand Trunk site, 1980 S. Marina Drive, Milwaukee, for a presentation on restoration planning and implementing management actions in the Milwaukee Estuary Area of Concern. 6) At approximately 3:00 p.m., the Board will arrive at the UW-Milwaukee Harbor District, 600 E. Greenfield Avenue, Milwaukee, WI for presentations on Water and Land Use Planning (WaLUP), the large scale vision, history, and involvement of the Harbor redevelopment, and Solvay Coke. 7) At approximately 4:30 5:00 p.m., the Board will arrive at Erie Street Plaza, 624 E. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that at approximately 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 8, 2017, in the 4th floor McArthur Room at the Hilton Hotel Downtown, 509 W. Wisconsin Avenue, Milwaukee, WI, the Wisconsin Natural Resources Board will receive an informational update on the DNR Agriculture Damage Program: 1) overview; 2) bear damage; and 3) status of work with cranberry growers related to elk. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Wisconsin Natural Resources Board meeting will convene at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, August 9, 2017, at the Hilton Hotel Downtown, 509 W. Wisconsin Avenue, Milwaukee WI. The Board will act on items 1-2 and 5-6 as listed on the Agenda.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that at approximately 10:15 a.m. on Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at the Hilton Hotel Downtown, 509 W. Wisconsin Avenue, Milwaukee, WI, the Wisconsin Natural Resources Board may convene in closed session under the authority of s.19.85(1)(g) Wisconsin Statutes to confer with WI Department of Justice (DOJ) Counsel regarding ongoing litigation (Wade et. al vs. DNR Board).
